Bright Christmas Morning is a new fragrance for Holiday 2021. A lightly sweet berry note leads the scent, followed by the depth of a blood orange. It doesn’t have the bright citrus note typical of navel oranges. I do not smell any apple. Interestingly, it also has a fizziness that reminds me of B&BW Bubbly Rosé. (Hey, a fizzy cocktail would make any Christmas morning a bit brighter!)
Bright Christmas Morning fits in with the B&BW scents that are fruity and effervescent, such as Snowflakes & Citrus, Winter Candle Apple, and Champagne Toast. I compared Bright Christmas Morning side-by-side to all of the above, and it smells most like Bubbly Rosé to my nose. It’s medium intensity and not too sweet. It’s not perfumy. I liked it, but didn’t love it.
As an aside, this Perfect Christmas messaging series of candle wraps is quite pretty, but Bright Christmas Morning is the least attractive. The winter white background with silver and gold doesn’t have enough distinction between the colors; the graphics blend together too much. The others include the new fragrance Cookies with Santa, and repackages of Under the Christmas Tree and Tis the Season.
